Following the US invasion of Venezuela, Brazil sent large numbers of troops into Venezuela in order to help stabilize it's Northern neighbor.

Presidents

Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva

Lula was Brazil's President when USGovSim's current reset began on January 1, 2007. He was still President in 2013 [1], suggesting that he won re-election to a third term in 2011. This is contrary to Brazil's current constitution, which further suggests that the term limits restriction in the constitution was either increased or removed alltogether.

Tarso Sion

Sion is from Lula's Workers Party. Based on the timing of Lula and Ramos' Presidencies, there are two likely possibilities for Sion's Presidency. Lula may have served out his third term, with Sion being elected in 2015 or Sion may have been Lula's Vice President who ascended to the Presidency when Lula resigned or died in office. Sion is credited with beginning domestic and foreign policy changes, continued under President Pedro Ramos, that revolutionized Brazilian society.

Pedro Ramos

Ramos was referred to as President of Brazil in 2022 [2], which would suggest that he was first elected in either 2015 or 2019 to succeed Sion. Ramos is from the Brazilian Social Democracy Party.
